What can I expect from this course?
This is a course that uses the body, breath and movement as the main tool of psychological exploration. Meaning: we won't be just talking and cognitively understanding the concept of cleaning up behavioural patterns in order to gain better rest. You will MOVE. In very gentle ways accessible to anyone, but you sure will move.
The course is based on methods from Embodied Facilitation, The Feldenkrais Method, Yoga, Breathwork and Embodied Yoga Principles.
