In this call, we’ll get specific about your sleep challenge, highlight the most likely causes, and outline the simplest steps you can take in a plan tailored to your specific needs, so you’re not left trying random tips.
This call is not a full coaching session. It’s a focused conversation to map what’s going on and decide the most helpful next step.
What happens during the call
In 30 minutes, we’ll:

Get a quick snapshot of your sleep (what you’re experiencing + what you’ve tried)

Identify the most likely 1–3 blockers (mind, body, lifestyle, environment)

Clarify your goal (e.g., falling asleep, staying asleep, early waking, inconsistent phases)

Talk through what support would realistically help (and what would be a waste of time/money)


What you’ll leave with
You’ll walk away with a personalized Sleep Health Plan that outlines:

1–3 practical actions you can start right away

A recommended path forward (for example: 1:1 coaching, a self-led option, or another route)
If we’re a good fit and you want to continue, I’ll also explain what working together looks like—simply and transparently.
