These 30-min sessions are designed to help you get insights into the habits of your daily life that hinder restful sleep, and create a sustainable plan to introduce healthier habits that lead to consistent good night's rest. You are very welcome to book one session, however - you will get best results by putting in more consistent work through several sessions. You can book a package of 3, 5 or 8 sessions at discounted prices and each with additional benefits.
You will get a full refund if you cancel up to 24h before the start of your session. If the cancellation occurs within 24h of the start of the session, you will not be refunded.
