The movements are done lying on the back and are focused on the idea of sliding or hand along the legs to create more ease in holding on to the feet and extending the legs. In turn, these movements create a sense of ease and freedom in the torso, spine and belly, allowing you to reach further towards your feet.

This 50-min recording consists of slow, mindful movements to achieve powerful effects in terms of strength, flexibility, and holistic integration of body and mind. Stemming from the Feldenkrais Method, these lessons tie directly into functional movements of daily life, such as walking efficiently, safely lifting objects, and improving one’s posture in sitting or standing.
In the recordings, I guide you through a sequence of movements, encouraging you to move with gentle attention within a comfortable range. You may become aware of unexpected and interesting connections within and between the movements.
As you attend to the improving quality of movement, unnecessary muscular tensions throughout the body can reorganise and release. Perfect for gaining a clearer self-image and relaxing before sleep.
