This package of 10 exercises based on Yoga, stretching, the Feldenkrais Method, breathwork and meditation is meant to assist you in getting better quality sleep and rest. All exercises are short and meant to be practiced either before bedtime or even during the day, so that you can be familiar with them without needing to watch the videos every time. Likewise, some of the exercises are great to use in the middle of the night when you wake up and need to lull yourself back to sleep.
